Justin's B-day Party

Tonight was Justin's birthday party with our family...

We started the night by playing a little ball with the kiddos outside. They were lighting it up on the kiddie goal!

I finally got to meet my beautiful two day old nephew tonight... He is absolutely precious! Jax even had to get his hands on him...

All in a Day's Vacation...

We had another fun day of vacation today! We started off with eating powered donuts in our room before we took off... I know, breakfast of champions...
But we decided to just do a light breakfast today because we had lunch at LAMBERTS! Jax got to catch and eat his very first thrown rolls.Our lunch was so yummy!

After lunch we went to the biggest Bass Pro Shop in the United States. It was also the first one ever opened. They had mounted animals everywhere!

For dinner tonight we went Johnny B. Goode's 50's diner. We had delicious cheeseburgers!

And we took a few moments to pose in front of this old car...

Tonight we went to an amazing musical called "Noah." It was the story of Noah's ark and many of the animals were real! It was so neat. It was a two and a half hour show, but little man did pretty good considering it was so long.

Toward the end of the show he was talking quite a bit, and his Daddy kept shushing him. He said, "I'm listening to God!" It was so sweet!

Welcome Baby Justice...

Our newest nephew, Justice Lee Gill, was born today. He has the same birthday as his Uncle Justin. Welcome Baby Justice! We can't wait to meet you!

Today is...

the 27th Birthday of the best husband and daddy in the world!

(he actually thinks that we are to celebrate the entire month of October...)

so we decided to do some fun things while we were vacationing... like go putt-putt golfing after breakfast.

Daddy helped Jaxon get started, but by about the fourth or fifth hole, he didn't want anyone's help. He could do it all by himself!

He did look awfully cute trying, if I do say so myself ;)

The golf course that we played on was a dinosaur theme so Jax really enjoyed that...

Jax and I both got a hole-in-one, on the same hole!

Nana and Paps had fun too!

We also shopped for a little while, and then went to the Dixie Stampede for supper tonight!

It was so cool, and the little man loved it!

He was so enthralled in the show that he could hardly take his eyes off of the horses long enough to eat his food!

And we ended the night with Daddy getting his very own birthday cake and a pizza ordered to the room...

We love you so much Daddy and are so thankful that God saw fit to give you to us!

We truly could not ask for more!
