Jaxon:
As most of you know, because of my post on Tuesday, Jaxon had an appointment with the ENT. He has had a constant ear infection since January. The infection has gone from one ear to the other, and every week when we've gone to the doctor, at least one ear has been infected. Well, lo and behold, Tuesday at the ENT, Jaxon's ears looked perfect! Even though I'm glad that my baby was not sick, I was a little frustrated because I feel like the inevitable is only being prolonged. Obviously the throwing up has to do with the ears, because he isn't throwing up this week either. And he is eating more than he has ever eaten in his life. It's a joy to see him feeling well, for the first time in so long. We will go back to the ENT in about 6 weeks and they will check his ears again, but until then... here's praying he stays well.

Gravel:
Because of the mass text message that I sent out yesterday, most of you know that my grandmother, my Gravel, is not doing well. She has been in the hospital since last Monday, and was moved to transitional care after a few days. I thought that she was getting better, but learned yesterday that everything has changed. On Tuesday night when my mom left, she was okay. She was talking and alert, and ready to go home. On Wednesday morning when my mom got there... something dramatic had happened. She wouldn't speak and was lethargic. She couldn't comprehend anything that anyone told her. My Mom thought that she had a stroke during the night, but a cat scan showed that everything looked normal. Right now, we are confused and not sure what's happened and what's going on... but we pray that whatever it is, God will take care of it. We know that He will. That's what He promises. Please pray for my Gravel and for our family.

Angie:
My sister-in-law, Angie, is pregnant with her third child and is being induced today. It is a very exciting time for our family, obviously because we are getting a new baby to love on, but also because Jonathan and Angie decided not to find out the sex of this baby! It was frustrating during the last nine months because I really wanted to buy clothes for my new niece/nephew and didn't know what color to buy... but today, it is very exciting! So pray for Angie today as she brings this new baby into our world. Pray for Jonathan as he is staying strong for his wife during delivery. Pray for Kyler and Mya, as they're getting a new sibling today (even though Mya, at 18 months, has no clue)... and Pray for the new Baby Mason. Can't wait to meet you, little girl/guy...

thanks for the prayers girls... and i plan to post pics of the baby tonight!
I will be glad when I hear something from your mother-in-law. The last I heard was early this morning and they had just started the Pitocin and that she was doing well. I know "not knowing" may seem frustrating, but having done it this way all three times, i HIGHLY recommend it!! The excitement is the best part!! I'm sorry things are not well with your grandmother, but I have been praying and will continue to do so.
they gave ang her epidural about an hour and a half ago... she is at about 5 right now... that's all i know!
