Straight From Mexico.

Gran and Day went to Mexico last week on their honeymoon! They got back this weekend and we went over and ate supper at their house Monday night! We were so happy to see them! Gran and Day brought Jaxon back this super cute hat. The problem was, it did not fit his head!
Yes. He has a big head like his mother.
You know, We need big heads to hold our super big brains!

It works.

Just so everyone knows, you can give a two year old a regular remote control while playing the wii, and he will think that he's really playing. That is information that may be very important to know at some point or another.
And just so everyone knows, I haven't fallen off of the face of the earth. Just haven't taken as many pictures lately. I'll try to do better...

I'm Ready...

to hunt me some eggs!

...today,
I asked Jesus to come into my heart and be my Lord and my Savior.
He did.
And things have never been the same.
Every day with Him has been sweeter than the day before.
I'm His princess.
He's my Father.
Have I always lived according to His will?
No.
But His grace has always been sufficient, and His mercies are new each morning.
He's never failed me.
I've failed Him, but He's never failed me.
And He never will.
He promised me that.
He told me in His Word that He would never leave me and that He would never forsake me.
Never.
Ever.
10 years ago today, I asked Him into my heart.
He came in.
He's still there.
He always will be.
And I will be forever grateful, for I am forever His.

What a Weekend!

Hey guys! It's me, Jax. I had an awesome weekend, and I asked Mom if I could tell you all about it.
One night, I fell asleep eating supper. I was that tired! I didn't nap much this past week, and Mom and Dad threatened to give me away several times, but I'm starting to get back on my schedule, so we're all friends again. Friday afternoon, my Mom had to go take some engagement pictures in Farmington. I tagged along and was her assistant. I was pretty bored until this nice old man drove up on his gator and asked me if I wanted to go for a ride. Mom didn't think I would, but I told her "bye" and hopped right on. It was fun!
I also got to swing a little while Mom took pics, and I jumped on a trampoline, but Mom didn't get a picture of that.
When we were done taking the engagement pictures, the couple asked me if I wanted to hold some baby chicks. Of course I did. I wasn't scared at all!
Then Saturday morning I got all dolled up and went and had my pictures taken in this awesome field of March flowers! I loved picking the flowers and running through them more than anything.
Probably the highlight of my weekend was riding this horse. I GOT TO RIDE A REAL HORSE! This is Megan's grandpa's minature horse and it was awesome! His name was little man.
Megan's Mom, Cathy, led me around the yard while Megan walked beside me to make sure I didn't fall off. Mommy took pictures...
One time I said, "Go faster", and the horse listened to me!
Everyone said that I was a natural!
I wish Daddy would have been there to see me. He would have been so proud!
I had such a great weekend!

bandaids.

Over the past week, we have gone through an entire box of Spongebob Band-aids... on these two precious little knees.
He fell and skinned them last Monday while we were playing outside, and now he can not bare to look at them if they do not have "bob bob ban bans" on them.

But today we ran out.
We may have to make a run to town just to get ban bans later.

Jaxon Easter Pictures 2010

No Words. Just Pics.

Dare Devil...

Nana and Pappy got Jax this awesome horse and Cowboy hat for his birthday. Most the time, he rides it like this and things stay relatively calm. However, sometimes Mommy is cleaning house and not paying attention to Jax and she looks over and finds this...
He now likes to stand on his horse and watch cartoons.
And before his mother told him to get down, of course she stopped to take pictures.
You know, because that's what she does.

Hungry Pig

Last week I was rolling some change, and I decided to let Jaxon put some pennies into his piggy bank... He loved it!
He would say, "You hungwy pig? You want some moneys?"
He makes me laugh!
A penny saved is a penny earned.
