Friday night was Mayfield's graduation. This particular class was the 100th graduating class of MHS. In my opinion, it couldn't have been a more special class. I went because of these kids. I spent an awesome semester with them and they will always hold a special place in my heart.
And I went because of these kids.
These kids that should have been sitting in these seats. These kids that I think about daily and these kids whose faces remind me to never take life for granted.
And, of course, I went for these kids. Here is Emily, me and Jordan.

Watch out world. These kids are gonna do some awesome things, and I can't wait to see.

I'm sure it was a very bittersweet graduation. I'm glad you were able to go.
I'm glad the ceremony went well. I was glad to hear about the special remembrance for the guys. They were/are a very talented class :) Believe it or not, I hung out a lot with those peeps back in the day (Hannah, Will,Jonathan, etc). :)
Look at you being a proud teacher!! Don't you love it?! I was the same way on Friday except my kiddos wore cute t-shirts they made with their handprints on it :)
