Okay, so at 10:30, I rocked Jaxon almost to sleep and laid him down in his crib. I turned the monitors on, and with tears in my eyes, walked to my bedroom... without my little boy. He slept until 1:30. He woke up again at 2 and at 2:30. At 2:30, I picked him up and rocked him back to sleep and he slept all by himself in his crib until 7. What a big boy he is! I am so proud of him (even though, I must admit, I did miss him a little.)

I know it was hard, but believe me it gets easier. Maci was a year old before we moved her out of our room and Evan was almost that old as well. You have to do what works for you and it sounds as if Jaxon is going to be just fine in his room. YAY for Jaxon!!!
