What's Up...

So, I just felt like I needed to explain to you guys what's up. What's up as in why I haven't been blogging much lately. I love blogging. I really do. But I have been so so so busy. So so so busy in a good way though. This photography thing has really taken off. Those of you that keep up with the photography blog can probably see that. I feel like if I'm not taking pictures, I'm editing pictures. And editing pictures takes much longer than actually taking pictures. Then once the pictures are edited, they have to be put on the blog. And that takes hours. Literally. So that's what's up.

No, I'm not spending every waking moment working on pictures, but you all know that I do have a 20 month old... 20 months old today actually. And that 20 month old is sleeping now, which is why I am blogging. That 20 month old has developed a new phrase this week, that as cute as it is, it breaks my heart a little too. He's been saying, "Momma, puter off." Yes, that's right. Mommy. Computer. Off. So if I'm not working on pictures or helping his daddy with homework, or he's not taking a nap, I've tried to give the computer a little break.

I'm sure you understand. So that's what's up. I have so much stuff to catch up on in the blog world. I have about a months worth of pictures that I want to share. And I plan on sharing all of them- when I get a chance. But if my little man tells me to turn the 'puter' off, then that's what I'm going to do. Because as much as I love this blog, I love him more.

Hopefully I'll get you all caught up soon- but if I don't- you now know exactly why.

All of us could stand to "puter off" more often. I could learn from Jaxon on that one!!! I so enjoy reading your blog, but I enjoy watching how God is working in your life more....through your business that is taking off and through your sweet little family. You've become such a blessing in my life and your thoughts are always a joy to read. You have a way of putting into words what I'm thinking and feeling so many times!

Thanks girls... I hope to get caught up soon, but if I don't, it's nice to know that you understand.

And Deena, thanks. I needed that... you are a blessing in my life and such a huge encouragement, sometimes when I need it most...
